The Boardroom

The Boardroom is situated on the First Floor of the hotel and is an ideal location for business meetings, workshops and board meetings. This room is purpose designed for the modern conference delegate with a central cherry wood table arrangement, Italian leather 8-hour chairs and Air Conditioning. It has an adjacent syndicate room and en-suite cloakroom and can seat up to 22 delegates.

The Severn Room

The Severn Room is situated on the First Floor of the hotel adjacent to The Boardroom, and is furnished to an equally high standard. It can accommodate up to 14 delegates in a U-Shape arrangement, and is the perfect choice for smaller business meetings and interviews.

The Garden Room

Situated on the Ground Floor of the hotel, The Garden Room is fully glazed on one side and offers an abundance of natural daylight and panoramic views over the grounds. With its own private entrance and cloakrooms, it is able to accommodate 34 delegates Boardroom-style or 100 delegates Theatre-style. It is particularly popular when used in conjunction with the Oak Suite for refreshments and as a reception area.

The Oak Suite

Situated on the Ground Floor next to the Garden Room, this is the largest and most impressive of The Chase’ event venues. It offers an abundance of natural daylight with one side completely glazed, affording views and direct access (suitable even for vehicles) onto the Garden Terrace and grounds beyond. This space is incredibly versatile for all sizes of groups. Able to accommodate up to 300 delegates in its entirety, it can also be separated into two smaller spaces. The glazed doors can be folded back to give access onto the Garden Terrace which can house a marquee for particularly large events such as Trade Shows.
